Friday
we went to the long awaited Greg Schilling Memorial race at Skyline Speedway.
It was a great event that brought in 55 modifieds. I messed up in qualifying
and we wound up 4th fastest in our group. Started 4th in the heat and finished
3rd. They were only taking the top 2, so we started the pole of the 2nd consi.
We went on to win the consi to start us 14th in the feature. We came up to
finish 9th. I was happy to make the show and happy to advance positions. I want
to thank all that was there and all that helped put the race on. I am already
looking forward to next year’s Memorial Race. I also want to thank Louie
Krushansky, Ray, Pam and Kevin for all of their help with their GRS Modified.
This
weekend we plan to go to Skyline on Friday and Ohio Valley on Saturday. Hope to
